What is 247 Pilates?

247 Pilates is a membership-based Pilates studio that gives you the freedom to train anytime, day or night, seven days a week. Our studios feature both self-guided reformer kiosks and professional Pilates instructors who are available to assist and guide members during sessions. This unique hybrid setup allows you to enjoy an expert-led or independent workout—whichever fits your preference and schedule.

Where is 247 Pilates located?

Our flagship studio is located at Unit 503, 5th Floor, Hemady Square, 86 Doña Hemady Street, E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines. Updates about future branches and partner studios will be announced on our official website and social media pages.

How does membership work?

247 Pilates operates on a membership model similar to a 24-hour gym. Members enjoy unlimited access to our facilities, which include reformer equipment, guided digital kiosks, and instructor-led sessions. You can visit the studio anytime that suits you—no fixed class times, no limits. Book or manage your sessions through the 247 Pilates App before arriving.

How do I book a session?

All bookings are managed through the 247 Pilates mobile app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Log in to your account, select a session time, and confirm your booking. You can choose to work independently or with instructor assistance based on your preference and availability.

Are instructors available during all hours?

Our studio is open 24/7 for member access. Certified Pilates instructors are available during staffed hours, which are clearly listed in the app and on our website. Outside those hours, members can still train safely using the self-guided reformer kiosks that provide visual and verbal instructions for each workout.

Is 247 Pilates suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Beginners can start with instructor-led sessions to learn proper form, then transition to independent workouts once comfortable. Our reformer kiosks and instructors are both designed to accommodate all fitness levels, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for everyone.

What do I need to bring for my workout?

Please bring a pair of clean grip socks, a towel, and drinking water. All reformer equipment and instructional systems are provided by the studio. For safety and cleanliness, outside shoes are not allowed on the reformer platforms.

How can I pay for my membership?

Membership payments can be made securely through the 247 Pilates App using credit or debit cards or other approved digital payment methods. All payments are processed by authorized third-party providers for your safety.

Can I share my membership with someone else?

No. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. This ensures accurate usage tracking, fair access for all members, and secure entry to the studio.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Yes. You may request to pause or cancel your membership in accordance with your plan’s terms. To do so, please contact our support team through hello@247pilatesph.com.ph. Requests are processed within a reasonable period, and eligibility may vary based on your membership type.

What happens if I miss a booking?

If you miss your booked session, it may be recorded as a no-show. Frequent no-shows may affect your booking privileges. To avoid this, we encourage members to cancel or reschedule sessions through the app before the scheduled time.

Is the studio really open 24/7?

Yes. 247 Pilates is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. Members can access the studio at any time through their digital app credentials. Certain hours are staffed by instructors, while others are available for self-guided training.

Are there instructors available for one-on-one training?

Yes. Members may book private or semi-private sessions with our certified instructors through the app or at the front desk. These sessions offer personalized guidance, technique correction, and custom workout plans.
