By accessing or using our Website, App, or Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.

1. General Overview

247 Pilates provides a membership-based Pilates experience offering twenty-four-hour, seven-day-a-week access to our fitness studios located in the Philippines. Members may book and manage sessions through our official App and may access self-guided reformer equipment within our studios through proprietary interactive kiosk systems. These Terms outline the mutual rights and obligations between you and 247 Pilates as you use our services, including the Website, App, and physical facilities.

2. Membership and Account Registration

To use our services, you must register for a membership through the 247 Pilates App or in-studio kiosk. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

Membership fees, plans, and privileges are stated in our App or as otherwise communicated to you. All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law. 247 Pilates reserves the right to change membership rates, payment schedules, or access privileges with prior notice in accordance with applicable law.

3. Access and Use of Facilities

Members are granted continuous access to 247 Pilates studios on a 24/7 basis, subject to maintenance, emergencies, or government-mandated closures. Access is granted through our secure authentication systems. You agree to use the facilities responsibly, to observe posted rules and safety instructions, and to respect the rights of other members and staff.

Our self-guided reformer kiosks are designed for individual exercise use only. You acknowledge that you are participating in exercise activities at your own risk and that 247 Pilates shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.

4. Health and Safety

By becoming a member or using our services, you represent that you are physically fit to engage in Pilates exercise and that you have consulted a physician before beginning any fitness program. You agree to disclose to us any relevant medical condition that may affect your ability to safely use our facilities. 247 Pilates reserves the right to restrict or deny access if, in our reasonable opinion, your health condition may pose a risk to yourself or others.

5. Booking and Cancellation Policy

All class or equipment bookings must be made through the 247 Pilates App. You may modify or cancel bookings in accordance with the time frames and policies set out in the App. Missed or unused bookings may be forfeited according to your membership terms. Repeated no-shows or abuse of the booking system may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Payments and Billing

All payments for membership fees and related charges must be made through the authorized payment channels integrated into the 247 Pilates App. You agree to provide valid and current payment information and authorize us or our payment partners to charge applicable fees on a recurring basis, where relevant. We do not store your full credit or debit card information. Late payments, failed transactions, or chargebacks may result in temporary suspension of account privileges until settlement of outstanding dues.

7. Conduct and Studio Etiquette

You agree to maintain proper decorum and conduct within our premises and to refrain from behavior that may disturb or endanger others. The use of illegal substances, harassment, vandalism, or misuse of facilities is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to deny entry, suspend, or terminate memberships of individuals who violate our rules or policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials found on the Website, App, and within the studios—including but not limited to software, trademarks, designs, texts, graphics, and media—are the exclusive property of 247 Pilates. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your membership. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy and consent to the lawful processing of your data under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 247 Pilates, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, injuries, or losses arising out of or in connection with your use of our facilities, Website, or App. We make no warranties that our systems will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You agree that your participation in any fitness activity and your reliance on our equipment or technology are undertaken entirely at your own risk.

11. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership and access to our services if you breach these Terms, engage in misconduct, or fail to pay any required fees. In cases of termination due to violation, membership fees already paid shall not be refunded.

12. Amendments and Updates

247 Pilates may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, applicable laws, or operational practices. Any revisions will take effect immediately upon posting on our Website or App, with the “Last Updated” date amended accordingly. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute or claim arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of Quezon City, Philippines.
